Hello, thanks to all who helped with my question about adult communities. I've been gathering info on Leisure Village and learning a lot. I understand that Covered Bridge in Manalapan is not gated. Is it as rigid with rules, etc. as LV? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

Covered Bridge is not an adult (meaning 55+) community. It's a adult retired community, meaning 65+ living there. If you're looking for an active adult community, then CB isn't the one.

Covered Bridge is a 55+ community. I am a resident and the previous post is bogus. Enforcing rules.... That's not an easy question. It tends to not enforce rules but any Condo in the state of NJ has rules. That is the nature of Condo living.
