The police making people move on and break up a line that was causing traffic jams and increasing the risk of an accident seems rather reasonable. Just because the cars were from NJ does NOT mean they were turning away NJ cars in the manner that was implied. It could have been a line of cars from PA or CA and the police would have broken it up if it was causing major traffic issues. |
Exactly! It's not like they went through the line, and anyone with PA plates or other states than NJ were plucked out and allowed to stay. Using the logic of the original post, I guess if all the people in the cars in line were black, the headline would be "black people aren't allowed to get gas at PA gas stations".
