17S to GSP South to 280 West. You might want to budget in an extra 15 mins if you want to arrive by 9 AM as the GSP and 280 can get crowded. Coming home at night should be faster.

With those 2 alternate routes, you would not want to take 46. You would jump on 80, which parallels 46 but moves MUCH faster.
