I started getting flue shots when I started to commute to the city, public transportation, subway, big office buildings, Manhattan food.

This year I drive to work locally, work in a small office, newer around crowded places... Supermarket once a week is as crowded as it gets

Should I get the needle or raise my immune system naturally ?

Classic. Do you get all your medical advice from Jenny McCarthy?

The virus they inject is dead, and it's a myth that the shot itself can make you sick.

They give the shots for free at my office, so I always get one.

When in heavily crowded areas where people sneeze and couch allot, like riding to work every-day in a subway where millions of people ride. And after getting those flue shots you never get sick with flue.

When I worked in NYC everyone in my office always seemed to have a persistent cough. They even coined the phrase "the New York Cough".
