Wonderful pics of a wonderful neighborhood, I hope that it not only survives but also flourishes.

Thanks again for the tour. I like the way they restored the old buildings. If there was only a way to get rid of the gang bangers and thugs Trenton would thriving city.

I saw alot of Whites , Asians and a few blacks , I think the key to pushing out the gang bangers and crime is diversity...

And what does that have to do with crime?

Trenton is diverse, lots of whites, blacks, hispanics, some asians, some italians and polish left. Problem is they are mostly dirt poor and can not get out.

There is little in Trenton to attract people/money. The industry/manufacturing is long gone, it is basically a gov't town and clears out at 5PM.

The few attempts to attract people, the Marriott Yard Convention Center, for example, has been a dismal failure and will most likely cost the people of Trenton a ton of tax dollars. Who wants to "convene" in Trenton?

The Abbott District schools are as underperforming today as they were 20 years ago.

The hard working families of immigrants have moved on and left the welfare dependent, entitled generations behind.

The current local government is under investigation by the FBI and State Police are patrolling the streets.

To Mill Hill....the pioneers of Mill Hill should be credited for their attempt to revitalize that lovely neighbourhood.

I guess the walkable distance to the Trenton Train Station is just not worth it.
