I am a young male and looking for a spa to go frequent primarily for facials. I could use a monthly or bi-monthly facial especially one(s) that include extractions as I often get blackheads on my nose. I would appreciate worthwhile suggestions, thank you.

Note: I am not interested AT ALL in the fountain spa because I have heard from many people that it is overpriced and overrated for what is offered. I also heard not-so-pleasant feedback about the service.

Englewood Dermatology Center has a spa upstairs and their facialists do extractions. They have a half hour option that is more affordable and is all business and less massage. If you plan to go often they usually offer a package in January that makes it even more affordable.

Would you consider visiting a dermatologist and get a prescription for a retinol? Once you start using them regularly your acne should be under control and make extractions unnecessary.

Thanks for your suggestions so far. I may ask my doctor about something specifically for blackheads. I am not a fan of Massage Envys and Panico (heard horror stories about that place). The other two caught my eye. I also heard good things about Mezzaluna Day Spa - is it a good spa? Any other suggestions?

Bump! Thoughts on Mezzaluna Day Spa? Any other spas that offer quality facials for men minus pretentious pricing or at least have specials regularly?

Fountain Spa is a decent one. They have two locations. One in Hackensack & one in Rochelle Park (I believe).

I always go to the one in Hackensack.

Massage Envy is another nice one. I have a membership, but I think it's better to just go on a month-by-month basis because there is no obligation.
