Hi all,
My wife and I are looking to move to a bigger place and start a family and are looking in the piscataway area mostly due to the pricing and proximity to family.
For those that live in the Maple Woods community, I am looking to buy a townhome and wanted to get your thoughts on the overall community in regards to the following:
-safety (any break-ins, car or property?)
-noise (neighbors and commmunity in general)
-parking situation
-community amenities (in the listing it includes a pool and tennis courts but I could not find them on the property!)
-HOA (how reliable is the HOA with concerns, snow removal, etc. and have fees been consistently increasing?)
-community feeling (are there community events?)
-diversity of the community (we are indian and were wondering if there is a large concentration there?)
If anyone can share their experience in the community thus far it would also be great as we are looking for a nice place to start a family. Thank you!

I don't live in that community but my aunt lives on Lackland Ave, parking is tight but not a huge issue and there is a large Indian population
The pool is nice (I used to swim there at times but I don't recall tennis courts)
Its a safe development, with a lot of children.
