Yes halffull.....Denville did have great access to many roads and trains. One of my favorite roads as a kid was "Whaleback Waddy". Still the most unusual road name ever!
Tahiti...Yes, Denville was my hometown for most of my life. I lived in Indian Lake and Lk Arrowhead.
I have the amount of years wrong though. Some of that time we spent on the Stanhope border of Hopatcong. We also lived in Pa for quite awhile. But the first home I bought was in Denville.
I love to join in on the New Jersey talk because I am a Jersey girl. Many times however, NJ wants to chew me up and spit me out. LOL...
Because I no longer live there I'm suppose to not know any of the logistics. However, I worked with road maps helping my father.
I can only say to the OP that its worth the extra fifteen minutes to live there. Its safe, its cozy, and a great spot to rest ones feet when they return home in the evening.
