Hi, would anyone happen to have any more info about Westgate townhomes in N.Edison. I recall reading one post saying that the master bedroom was too hot in summer and too cold in winter......

Thanks for the question, and I googled "Westgate at Edison" to find out much useful information that may answer your question as you can google yourself.

I also went to see the open house Moderator cut: no advertising ehs 2br 2hba townhouse and I found it is not too hot nor too cold, may be because the owner turned on the climate control system. I feel gorgerous townhouse like Westgate is not for people do not turn on A/C in hot summer nor turn on heater in winter.

What we like the most is that all the streets have names of best universities in the US, such as Harvard, Yale, Rutgers, Berkeley, Stanford, Columbia, Princeton, Cornel, MIT, ...etc. As Rutgers parent, I asked realtor to watch out if there is any unit available at Rutgers St. So far, I think Rutgers St is too popular to have any available, like there are 1,000 more freshmen chose Rutgers University over other top universities such as UC Berkeley, John Hopkins Univ, Columbia, UCSD, ...etc.

Btw, my realtor just told me yesterday Moderator cut: no advertising ehs was just sold under attorney review, and if I like it, I still have 3 days to bid on it with higher price... Then today, my realtor told me that Moderator cut: no advertising ehs under attorney review, if I want it, I need to come up $20,000 more!!!
