THE EMTS COULD NOT EVEN INTUBATE ME, THEY SAID I FLATLINED,
AND WHY DID THE GIVE MY FULL NAME IN THIS? CAPTAIN
Intubations are often very difficult. Practically every day, I get called to the ER to intubate somebody that the EMTs and ER docs can't intubate. Whether the EMTs were successful or not, they were still trying to save your life, and you are posting here so they clearly did something right.
yeah, don't be a dick Curtis. I have a lot of respect for those first responders and emergency medical personnel that are faced with desperate medical situations and try to save lives. I'm sorry that you are living in a room but focus on improving your situation (maybe upgrade to a larger room with a window) and forget about suing for your dentures.
Why don't you call the patient ombudsman and describe what happened? If they don't work with you, write a letter to the VP of patient care and tell them you have 1) grown weary of being ignored (implying this has gone on for some time) and 2) threaten to take it to social media. That will increase your chances significantly.
