Does anyone have a fair and unbaised review about the Ivy Hill Park Apartments in Newark? I'm thinking of moving there but I've heard very conflicting reviews about the complex. The reviews I've heard have ranged from a deteriorating gang infested complex to reviews of the complex being quiet and having decent apartments. I'm not looking to live in a Waldorf Astoria type building but I am looking to live in a decent place where I don't have to worry about being a prisoner in my own apartment. Any thoughts?
