Recently bought a house in Livingston. Advice for family-friendly activities nearby? (fun things to do, areas)

New to the forum here. My wife and I recently bought a house in Livingston (we hail from northern Bergen County). I work in Livingston so I'm familiar with the area, but not as it relates to family-friendly activities. We have an almost-five-year old and a one-year old. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on fun things to do around town (and its surroundings). Thanks!

Turtleback zoo is nearby, there are some other kiddie attractions in the same area.

Thanks. We were at the holiday lights show a couple of years back at the zoo but have never been during the warmer months, so we'll definitely have to make a visit. And I'll look for more kiddie attractions in the areas as well.
