Academy street is in the New Market section of Piscataway which is a working class area as is most of Piscataway.
Academy st dumps out into Washington ave, which turns into Stelton road when Washingtom ave veers off to the Lake Nelson area of Piscataway.
I lived in New Market many years ago and IMO it is a good place to live if you are not too snobby.
