I'd rather not waste a lot of time getting multiple estimates because I really need to get this done soon and with working there's not a lot of time to wait around for contractors to show up.

I got one estimate of $450 for a 2-story, 4 bedroom colonial split (approx 2300 sq ft inside) with 2 car detached garage, no deck. Does that sound reasonable? I should mention I'm in Morris County if that matters.

I power washed mine last spring, it took pretty much the whole day. Two story house as well. I tell you what, after doing it myself, I really cant see how anyone would do that for less than $350. That might be your sweet spot. Once in a while its good to do back breaking work, so you get an idea of how difficult it really is, vs just trying to find a guy and beat him down to the lowest dollar.

He says $450, you counter $350, the compromise at $400. Everyone is happy.

A friend of mine did this himself last summer. He rented a power washer unit from either Lowes or Home Depot. He has a 2200 sq ft house (2-story) plus 2-car garage and it only took him a couple hours to get the whole thing done. Unless you're getting really carried away trying to get every speck of dirt I can't imagine this being an all day job.
