Hi. We am moving to the livingston and will be renting a house.

My children will be attending mt. Pleasant middle. Both homes are pretty comparable. I am just wondering whether one location is better than the other? Or are they both equally the same.

Any insight or opinions would be very helpful! Thanks so much!

both are side streets, but i'd choose brookside place. it is only a 3/4 minute drive down 2 streets to the middle school and is close to the library, supermarket, town center, high school and ymca. the sterling drive is closer to the livingston mall, and is close to 10 min from the middle school, and it isn't near the center of town. however, sterling is right near heritage middle, not mt pleasant.

But Sterling is much closer to Heritage Middle School, and not too far from the high school. They will only be at Mt Pleasant for 1 year so unless they are planning on moving in a year, I would say to pick the house they like better.
