We are relocating to Berkeley Heights. We are from out of town and don't know anyone in the neighborhood. We travel in to check out homes with a realtor, but don't drive around the town on a daily basis. We have a child entering 6th grade and currently live on a very kid-friendly block where you can always find youngsters out playing ball or riding their bikes. We are trying to identify similar streets or neighborhoods in Berkeley Heights that tend to have more young families. Any help from current residents would be much appreciated. Thank you.
If you want more interaction with neighbors, try to look for houses in less wooded area and avoid main roads so that kids will have more chance to come out and play on the street.
