I don't see how it would be on his license nor affect his insurance if he wasn't driving, but you should post this on the insurance forums. What do you mean by "pedestrian driver", though?

I'd definitely need a chauffer, lol. That's probably why we rarely saw Wilma or Betty drive!

I don't think it should affect his personal insurance BUT his insurance doesn't know the facts so they just get a computerized list. He has to call his insurance carrier and explain it was work related so they can knock it off his rating. Otherwise it will stay there since its computer generated.

I feel so bad for you and your family, Deeds. I've never seen anyone with so many problems.

Although I'm still trying to figure out the "pedestrian driver" part, and also if someone hit him wouldn't it be their fault?

Default Don't feel bad.........

Thanks for your comment but don't feel bad..............We are a strong family and are on the upswing now..........Losing my Dad who lived with us for 20 years was a devistation to our family.............He was my best friend, my husbands best frend and my 3 children's best friend...........The devistation for our family seemed to have opened a door of weakness for our family..............i believe it was the devistation that knocked us down .............Now I feel as though we are on the upswing again..............THe loss was devestating............I think now my family has a better perspective on it..........Our spirits are uplifting and moving in a better direction...........GOD WILLING!!!............Just as a stranger keep good thoughts for myself and my family.............WE believe in the good will of people!!!.........

I thought car insurance rates only go up when a claim is made against your insurance

did the person who hit your brother make a claim?
