Well I was hoping to know more about this building than what is posted on the Zillow as obviously having posted the link here I would have read whats inside the link.
I don't know too much about it but I do live very close to it. It's right next to the A&P and looks pretty good. Hoboken homes are going fast - things are selling out within a week. Is it in front of the firehouse? If you are rear facing (not on the street) that's the best senario. Did you get to actually see it yet? I'd be worried about noise from the street if anything. Not sure about the pricing. What are the HOA fees, taxes?

Thanks. Yes this one is rear facing, so no street side noise. Taxes and fees are reasonable. No gym but thats not a deal breaker.
