Hello,

I am looking to move to the Montclair area and would like to find a nice building with good amenities that is close to one of the direct train lines to NYC. I know Montclair residences looks nice. Montclair Apartments | Essex County | Luxury North Newark NJ Apartments

Any other buildings in the area that are close to the train and with decent amenities. Mostly im looking for washer/dryer in apt, parking and close to the train. Having close nightlife would also be nice as well.

Thanks.

My budget isnt set in stone. However, under $2000 would be nice. That doesn't have to include parking or utilities, but again would be nice. Most important is being close to the train(i work near penn station) and would like washer/dryer in apt). I know the area well as i grew up in the area(just not familiar with the rental situation there and in the surrounding areas). I currently live in downtown Jersey City with many buildings such as this in the area. Thinking of moving closer to the area as i am there frequently(friends, family) and basically looking at my options.

Thanks.
