Im a poker pro and looking to play poker at Atlantic City, exclusively at the Borgata.

Found this website where they rent condos on the boardwalk and seem to rent it only on a yearly basis for a lease.

AC Shore Rentals

These rent for $900/month on a yearly lease. I read someone mentioned that if you only rent these in the summer months, its going to be like $2500/month at least. But for $900 a month and signing a 1 year lease does anyone know if these are going to be furnished?

Obviously atlantic city is not a good area but i assume these boardwalk studio rentals are pretty safe since its on the boardwalk? I also assume electricity and utilties are not going to be included and it will be at least $300 more per month for a total of $1200? I know many poker pros who play in Borgata live in Brignantine but i know many drive there and don't live in AC.

I dont have a car. Would staying at a place like this be viable if im planning to play at the borgata almost everyday? I do know you have to take a jitney to borgata to and back though with no car. Whenever i went to AC, i always stayed at one of the hotels on the boardwalk and then take jitney to borgata to play poker. But obviously i cant stay there long since room offers last a few days only.

I heard the ppl who live here are poker and casino employees. Would staying here playing poker be fine?
