Any information about townhouses with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths in the 200-300 thousand dollar price range out there?

We really dislike Mahwah... think they are way overpriced and have way too many rules. Supposedly you cannot have hardwood floors because someone lives in your basement.... weird rules and strange floor plans. If we have an infant, how on earth could I put them on a different floor than the master bedroom? Who designed these?

Thank you for any input.

Here are some I've found (unfortunately I do not know much about them)

Wallington: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in the mid 200's. Some are short sales though.
Teaneck: Glenpointe -- 2-3 bedrooms, atleast 2 bathrooms in 200's. Also some are short sales.
Fair Lawn: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms but a little out of your price range (low 300's)
Lodi: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms (low 200's). One also in Lodi (2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) listed higher in low 300's.
Dumont: Washington West -- 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (high 200's)

I just pulled these listing off other websites...I hope they can be of some assistance to you
