I like a house which is 650 feet from the cell tower/antenna. I can not see it from the house or backyard. The Antenna is in front of a primary school. Should that be a concern? Will it harm health? Thanks a lot.

Here are the pictures, though I can not see it from the house.

Should that be a concern? Only for re-sale.

Will it harm health? Nothing has been proven to be a issue, But the Cell Phone own you will put out more RF radiation then the Cell tower will given the distance.

Can't see it from the house? To me, not a significant issue then.

Assuming that average cells phones emit one watt, and that you hold the cell phone 1 inch away from your head. Then that tower would have to emit more that 60 million watts to give you the same rf dose.

it definitely is a cell site. not sure if it's anything else, but those are cellular units on the "arms".

to the OP - especially if you can't see it from your house, i'd have ZERO concerns. the cell phone in your pocket and that you hold to your head has the potential (not proven) to cause far more damage than a distant tower does.
