Which NJ town would you live in? Pompton Lakes, Wayne, or Little Falls?

If you choose to go in any of those towns, I'd definitely look into whether you are in a flood plain or not. And even if you are not, when there are floods you may be on an island

i'd avoid little falls, and parts of wayne because of flooding. other parts of wayne are great however. Avoid pompton lakes at all costs. pompton lakes has a huge flooding problem and a lot of the town has a pollution problem because of a duPont plant that used to be in the town.

Most of the eastern and southern part of Little Falls isn't in a flood zone. The part in the bend in the river is.
