I would like to know if anyone has experiences/opinions to share about the apts for sale at [SIZE=3]Grove Pointe - 102 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City NJ 07302, which is right beside their rental tower ?
I love the location. However, I have a few gripes...
1. I don't think there are units >1200 sq ft and you have to pay monthly parking.
2. The amenities are shared with the renters and the maintenance fee is a little high.
3. In units that face the square, be mindful of Groove on Grove if you don't like random music in the background.
4. That corner of Marin & Montgomery is the most congested intersection in Jersey City and it will only get worse.
5. Garage is shared with commuters, so if you need to go somewhere around 5pm be prepared for delays.
Full disclosure, Grove Pointe is my wife's favorite building and to her location trumps all faults.
