My wife and I are looking at buying a 3 bedroom condo in Cedar Knolls/Morris Planes to live in and then potentially rent out when/if we move. There is a good chance it would be a 2 year stay here. The problem with making this move is we don't know all the ins and outs of the area. Seems like there would always be a strong market for rentals with all the relos out here. Please let me know about the area and what we should really think over before doing something like this in the area. Any advice would be great!

Cedar Knolls/Morris Plains is a good area. It's near 287, along with bus service to NYC. Taxes are lower there versus rest of Morris County. Shopping is convenient and area is safe.
