Cliff House Condos // Cliffside Park, NJ (buying, living, restaurants)

Does anybody have any views on this condo community in Cliffside Park, NJ? I am on the verge of buying here and everything seems to check out. Does anybody know of any issues with the property or have an opinion? Thanks so much for the help.

you wouldn't be far from Petite Soochow, an authentic Cantonese restaurant, and therefore one of the best restaurants in NJ. They even serve Chinese breakfast on the weekends. My stomach would be so happy living there
