I saw a buck this morning shaking the leaves off a tree.

The ash and hickory trees are turning with the black walnut the first to fall. Horse chestnut began to brown up in late August. Appreciate poison ivy, always a nice scarlet this time of year with the virginia creeper not far behind.

Try krokodil if you want to see bright oranges and deep reds.

I apologize for hurting your feelings.

After Irene and Sandy and multiple snowmageddons, who can complain about the weather when it's merely warm outside?

Be grateful, johnfrisco. Be grateful and joyful like this dog:

Drink some pumpkin ale, eat a candy apple, go forth and be merry. There is still plenty of good autumn cheer to be had.

With the weather this warm I am not grateful, because that only increases our chances of another Sandy. I apologize for hurting your knowledge.
