I dont know if there is such a thing as low carb bread, but if your bread has high fiber, the net carbs are lower. I buy Fiber One bread, which is large and thick slices and has 8 grams fiber (so 16gm net carbs), but when I'm really trying to reduce carbs I buy FlatOut brand flatbread, which is like a wrap. One wrap, which is huge and could easily be cut in half, has 16 grams carbs, but 9 grams fiber, so only 7gm net carbs.

Instead of bread for your sandwiches, you should consider using low-carb wraps.
I recommend Tumaro's Tortillas, which are truly low-carb in comparison to any bread and most other wraps. Depending on the variety that you choose, you can go as low as 4 net carbs per tortilla, which is really incredibly low.

Wegman's carries the Tumaro's products, and you may find them in other supermarkets as well.

Thinslim makes great cinnamon bagels. I put cream cheese sprinkled with cinnamon and sweetener. Bagels are 100 calories 2-4 net carbs

Nopers, doesn't work that way. You *will* drive yourself insane by trying to find a replacement that doesn't exist.

I cut carbs in 2007-ish, completely for a month to break the addiction (hardest part), then Slowly added in small portions back. These days, if I'm going to have carbs (bread), it is the most decadent bread I can make/get my hands on. But I only do it 3 or maybe 4 times in a year.

That said, the 2 bread-like products I eat with any frequency (not daily, but more often than weekly) are flour tortillas and english muffins, both whole wheat.

Good luck, getting off the processed carb train is one of a few Major positive events in my life.

You can find it in the supermarket in that NJ town (sorry, cant remember the name) with low taxes, great schools, easy commute to NYC, diverse, safe, and a 4bd/3ba goes for around $400K

Fathead dough

But if you're truly looking to go low carb, it's best to cut high carb foods rather than look for low carb substitutes. Basically, just eat meat and vegetables and you'll be good.
