Cleaning is, was and always will be menial labor.

Menial labor is cheap because of supply and demand.

You cannot cheat supply and demand for long before it bites you in the ass.

Do something for yourself.....if you aren't capable, then you're not worthy of more than minimum wage to an employer.

That's how I see things.
It's a good thing policy decisions aren't made based on meamingless personal anecdotes.

Because you must live in a bubble. I personally don't make value judgments based solely on one's income.

And it's a good thing policy decisions aren't made based on meaningless personal anecdotes.

Hospitality "industry", retail, non-professional healthcare, food prep, brokers who hire out warehouse workers, daycare.

It's really a loss never to have known any adult who worked for minimum wage. We trust many of those workers to handle granny with respect, prepare clean & safe food, treat our children with care & kindness.

Cool! That's what happens when government controls your retirement!

Enjoy!

Yet, lefties make policy decisions based on emotion all the time.

But I digress.....since the minimum wage was increased, can we kick some of these people off of their government assistance?

After all, that's one of the main arguments used by the lefties for higher minimum wages.

WalMart will be on the phone with every Congressman protesting such cuts.

I bet you're for a flat tax as well.
