Yes......Obamacare is having a rocky birth but all of our "socialist" programs have had rocky births including social security, Medicare and Romneycare which at the end of one month only had a 1000 people signed up. The reality is that Obama was a different more expanded single layer program but as has been typical the Republicans obstructed it. No program at its inception is going to be perfect.....flaws will need to be worked out. Instead of whining and complaining perhaps Republicans could offer some ideas on how to improve Obamacare ?
how about the tea party takes the senate in 2014, they cut down the size of government and bring in a free market solution to the problems with our health care system. everyone wanted health care reform, obamacare is a change for the worse. what I find funny is admin people like sebelius feeling the need to defend the program by lying. I don't think its her fault that the rollout wasn't successful; but when she lies about it then it makes her as guilty as Obama and the politicians that voted for a bill they never read. its funny to see Obama talking about delaying things now; you cant do that because the sick will sign up and the healthy wont.

First....how about democrats gain seats in the Senate because intelligent Americans understand the shut down and damage it caused was the result of Republican obstructionism and brinksmanship and they vote out the Republican nitwits to blame ? Second....while Obamacare is having a Rocky birth it's modeled exactly after Romneycare in Massachusetts. Romneycare only had a 1000 people sign up at the end of the first month but is now considered a success. It's easy to whine and complain but Republicans had 8 years to address health care refore while Bush was in office but chose instead to get us involved in several costly unfunded wars that have devastated our economy. They choose obstruction rather than offer solutions on how to improve a program even though Obamacare us essentially a Republican plan. Finally.....mainstream American doesn't and will not embrace the Tea Party because those who speak for the Tea Party are deemed nitwits and the Tea Party views are just too right wing extremist for mainstream America. The Tea Party appeals to the mid west bible thumpers and NRA doomsday bunker building gun nuts who live in fear that the government is coming to take away their rights and guns !!!
