Need recommendation for a dentist in North Arlington area (Englewood: retired, office)

Hi My dentist recently retired. He was a really honest dentist and didn't believe in drilling every little cavity just to make money. He believed in the watching and waiting approach and applied fluoride to small areas of decay so they would remineralize and heal themselves. He kept me from needing any fillings for the past 28 years. I would like to find a new dentist like this. Does anyone know a dentist that also follows this philosophy and is honest? Thanks for any suggestions.

Dr. Russ is the best dentist I have ever been too. It took me a long time to find a good dentist. I got lucky when I went here---I had no recommendations or anything--just got sick of my old dentist.

Great dental hygienists too and the dental assistant to actually a male, but he is super cool!

I take my family to Dr. Perman in Englewood Cliffs (just over the gwb) The office is high-tech and luxurious and the staff consistently goes above and beyond-literally nothing is ever a problem. He may be too far north for you-I will say everyone I have ever sent their agrees he is the most caring and capable dentist around
