You can tell if a town is safe by car insurance rate? do you agree? I compared 2 towns by car insurance before visiting both towns and it was accurate!

I'm not expert at all but I believe it also has to do with population and congestion. For example, I have a beach house in wildwood area and I believe there is more crime down there than my house up north. When my mother was getting insurance quotes thinking of moving down there it was night and day. Wildwood area was much cheaper.
