It was easy and quick. I didn't hire any attorney and worked with the title agency when purchased the house. Lennar as a prestigious builder didn't disappoint me on the processing and closing. From signing the contract to closing the deal, it took 50 days. It's a brand new house, so everything has warranty. You can call the customer service if needed.
