Hi everyone, I have a question to ask, that I havnt been able to figure out on my own.
I currently live in Camden, and am considering moving to Philly. But the one question I have is how different are my taxes going to be. I know that cost of living/rent/parking is going to go up, but what about the taxes?
I know Philly has the wage tax, but is PA state tax low enough to offset the NJ state tax? Just want to get an inkling of an idea.
To make everything easy to understand lets say I make $100k/year (I really wish I made that much) and am a single, 25 year old guy with no kids/wife/dependents/anything. How much of my paycheck would I see staying in Camden vs relocating to Philly? If someone could break down the math I would love them forever.
