Who makes the decisions regarding the allotment of those apartments?
Is there a municipal agency that decides whether to allot a lot of apartments or whether to allot just a few?

parssippany, a village full of idiots and a few fresh off the boat immigrants.
parsippany, that's the redneck town of North Jersey.
Well, obviously your English lesson for the day sailed right over your head...
prasippny residents are trying to give me lessons, that's funny. Speaking of parioppany, you are lucky I don't have access to nuclear weapons !
Back to the OP. we don't have allot of trailer parks in Northern NJ, so parisppny is the north jersey version of trailer trash. There is an Asian and an Indian communities, but stay away from the white people there. your Ohio Billibob has nothing on parssippany

Where did you come up with the notion that I hail from Parsippany?
In reality, I have never resided in that town.
I am merely a long-term NJ resident who knows how to spell the name of the town where you claim to have lived, and I also know the differences in meaning between the word "allot", and the two words, "a lot".

Speaking of spelling things out, a reasonable person would have inferred by now, just from my posts:
I hate that town enough to go out of my way to misspell it's name and to insult it's residents.
And, an educated person would know that you should have typed "its", rather than "it's".
Please let me know when you want your next English lesson.
Love how you desperately trying to imply that you are an educated person, I just don't see where this conversation with you is going.
If misspelled words keep you away at night and enrage you, you should use that Obamacare to see a good doctor.
