Any thoughts on today's latest installment of "NJ Transit Sucks"? Looked like a few passengers wanted to open fire on the RVL this morning when their train made it to Netherwood and then headed back in the opposite direction.

My father was on that train. He was sending me updates while I was at the Somerville station waiting for the next train. The best part was that when my dad asked for his train ticket back, the conductor said no because he didn't know what to do.
It took me 3.5 hours to get to JC today. Spent 2.5 hours on the train stuck, then had to use Uber to get a car to my office in JC.
You can't really blame NJ Transit for the Truck fire. But i can surely blame them for not being honest about the delays. They knew about the fire at 130 am. They should have sent alerts about HEAVY delays and better off staying home. All i got was a simple, 20 min delay email. I would have hopped a train right back home once i got to newark if there were trains that would have taken me back home. Total cluster this am.
I loved the extra bonus today: If you wanted to take the PATH instead, too bad, it was suspended between NWK and JSQ.
I use the M&E. We actually had no problems, except we made an extra stop at SEC to pick up stranded passengers from the Main and Bergen lines who were waiting for NEC trains to get to NYC.
I had a tooth extraction yesterday so I missed all the fun. Was watching the PATH and NJT alerts coming in.
Wow, who would have guessed that you were having more fun?
