Info on newer townhomes near Rt1 and Rt 514 (Jersey City, Rahway: townhouse, theater)

Streets are Hancock and Barnhardt.

We are very new to the area and are struggling with where to live. Job is in Jersey City so the Rahway location is doable. These town homes seem too good to be true. Apparently they were built in 2006 but the developer ran out of money so 15 - 30 remained unfinished until a new developer bought them recently. They are priced in the low 300's...

Basically I'm asking if I'm missing something. I understand Rahway isn't as nice a town as other N Jersey areas but we are not worried about schools right now and will be getting a security system. The townhouse community looks nice even if the area outside isn't all that pretty.

You'll be fine. Rahway has lots to offer actually. Location, Arts District, theaters, restaurants etc.
