Now that Obama has won 2 in a row. Colorado looks almost as blue as New Jersey with the recent legalization of pot; drawing in Liberals from all over the country. And Hillary looks unstoppable in 2016. Are we a left of center nation? Many claimed during the Bush years we were right of center. Has this changed?

If you think Hillary, Obama and others of that ilk are liberals, well... let's just say that my definition of the term must vary greatly from yours.

The legalization of pot in certain places and the increasing acceptance of same-gender relationships notwithstanding, true liberalism has been dead in America for at least 35 years.

There is no "Left" politically in America anymore. There is "Right" and "Righter".

If Nixon were a pol today Ted Cruz would be calling him a commie. It's gotten that wacky on the far right nowadays.

1st off obama won a novelty election in 2008 with assistance from the media and used federal agencies to suppress the vote in 2012.

Like the fantasy of the 1% vs the 99% all created by the media, do not believe for an instant that the nation is collectively left of center.

The media and dems do their best to fluff up their feathers and appear to be larger than they really are.

If you are proud to stand with a candidate who relied on false marketing/ lies, to get elected and claim a mandate when he erased everything he stood for, you, collectively, are a ship of fools or useful idots.

Your foundation is listing heavily to port and destined to sink.

What's in the center here isn't the center in Europe or Latin America. You're talking internationally, so no. Our Democrats are to the right of centrists in France or the UK.

Left of center compared to where we were during the Bush years? Sure.

Left of center compared to the rest of the world? Hell no. Also, the "right" has moved even further to the right during the Obama era.
