Hi I have a quick question I want to move to New York and have all the fun and everything but don't want to actually live there ( due to high rent costs) so I was wondering what part of New Jersey would be good to move with cheaper rent and still have the train access to New York whenever I want?

Cost is relative. How much are you willing to spend? How important is space? Is 24/7 train access important? How long of a train ride?

1000 at the most I can do a roommate if needed. As long has I have a decent room it's cool not looking for anything fancy. It would b nice to have 24/7 train access I'm hoping I can b at the most 45 min on train to NYC

If your willing to share, then you can probably find something in Jersey City (grove st, Newport, Exchange pl), Hoboken, Newark(ironbound) or Harrison all of which are on the PATH line and give you 24/7 access to NYC.

Start here: new york rooms & shares classifieds "path" - craigslist

You should probably also consider parts of NYC outside of Manhattan. Sunnyside, Astoria, Long Island City - you might be able to find a spot in Queens.
