My company's corporate office is based in New Jersey. They hired me to work in NY out of a terminal in downtown NY where I punch in. I pay NY taxes only. Where do I file my unemployment claim?

THIS.

When I worked in Pennsylvania, I paid that state's UI. Never collected though.

IMO, your company's corporate office location has no bearing on this. It sounds like your primary residence is NY and you file in the state which would reside "full time".

Use the address that your paystubs have as a guideline. This is the best route to go, I'd say.

Does unemployment go according to where your employer is located?
