im not sure why it would be ok for cops to talk on the phone but not ok for us regular folk. do you feel its both? if so, why?

Both cops and civilians should be able to text their coke dealers & bookies as long as they're parked.

I just put my coke dealer on the Bluetooth. sometimes he complains about background noise but Im a good custie so he deals with it.
