FAIR LAWN NJ Commute to NYC (Ramsey: bus, authority, train station)

Can anyone help me with a specific commuting question...What NJ Bus goes directly down Plaza Road in Fair Lawn (I need to go to Ramsey Terrace, off of Plaza Road). The NJ transit bus website is very clear, however, I'm still confused as to what bus I take (144, 145, 148 or 164). Help please! Many thanks in advance

You'd be taking the 145 bus to port authority. 145 goes down Plaza and turns onto Morlot. You can also walk up to the Radburn train station.

you can also use the 164, though if you dont take the express which is usually just in the morning it stops at a bunch of towns so the ride from fair lawn to the city is actually like an hour and a half.
