I Was Taken, Because The Dealership Knew That I Had No Licence, and That I Would Never Be A Able To Register The Car In My Name, but I Didnt Know This, For Same Resume That I Had No Licence. My Son And I Were Trying To Get A Loan Together But The Dealership Said My Son Was Not Aproved, But They Said That I Can Buy The Car And My Son Could Be The Driver. A Month When By And Still I Had No Permanete Plate Or Registration From Mv For The Car. So They Give A Second Set Of Temp-plates Which I Found Out Later That It Ilegal For The Dealership To Give A Buyer A Second Set Of Plate Specialy To A Non Licence Driver, Nor Can I Register The Car In Somebody Elses Name They Give Me Temporaly Plate In My Name
I Waited A Whole Month And Still No Answer From The Dealership
So I Return The Car Back I Couldnt Stay With A Car That I Would Not Be Able To Register Or Use Or Keep In The Street Because It Would Be Toll Away So I Return The Car And Went To A Other Dealership Where I Was Able To Get A Loan In My Name And My Son Name I Bought A Better Car In A Few Days I Have Plate ,registration
And Insurance So Now The Loan Company For The Other Car Is After Me And I Dont Know What To Do. I Believe They Were Doing Something Ilegal Whai Can I Do ????????

In the nicest possible way, with no disrespect, you
might also benefit from a course in the use of capitals.

So you returned the first car and the loan company is still after you for it?

Tell them to call the dealer that now has the car.

In view of the fact that the OP posted his oddly-capitalized query almost 10 years ago, I suspect that the issue was resolved in some way or other long ago.

In any event, you wouldn't even have been tempted to respond if Jean-Francois hadn't resurrected this necro-thread.

Make that double curses! I was just intrigued by the thread title,
I didn't think to look at the date of the OP.
