Hello,
I had favorable experience with the last recommendation I got in the city data forum. So here I am again asking for help
Could someone recommend a tile/bath expert? Sometime back, we had a company (with wide online presence) regrout our master bathroom. Now a year or two later, we found out that there is extensive water damage inside the shower stall because the job was not done well! Now its costing us a lot of unexpected expense and inconvenience since we have family visiting and has only one bathroom. Please help!

Stone/tile/grout is not a moisture barrier. All are porous. The issue sounds like whoever installed the tile did not waterproof the backer or the regrout caused damage.

Could someone recommend a tile/bath expert? Sometime back, we had a company (with wide online presence) regrout our master bathroom. Now a year or two later, we found out that there is extensive water damage inside the shower stall because the job was not done well! Now its costing us a lot of unexpected expense and inconvenience since we have family visiting and has only one bathroom. Please help!
