Parlin Camelot Town Homes -- Anything Similar? (appliances, townhomes)

Hi everyone,

I've spent a good amount of time reading this forum and figured I would joined since searching for a new place has been rather stressful without knowing what's out there or the area.

I'm planning on moving into a new Townhome in the Camelot community in Parlin. 2 Bed 2.5 Bath, Living, Dining, Stainless Appliances, 2 Car Tandem Garage for $2,100 a month. They also allow my three older dogs (sleepers/not barkers) so that works very well for me.

I've met several people who live in the community and they don't seem to have much positive thoughts to say about it.

One of the biggest problem is that we have 3 cars and supposedly finding parking if you don't have a garage is a big issue around there. The other issue is that it's so close to 9 that Shore traffic or any traffic bottlenecks right there (based on what the locals have told me).


The GF and I have looked for similar New (or semi-new) Townhomes in NJ and can't find any that offer a 2-Car Garage (with driveway) and will allow our 3 dogs for under $2,300 a month.


Curious to see if anyone here is living there or has any recommendations on any other Townhome communities we can look at?
