Hamilton near Trenton (home, areas, venue)

I've been told in other posts that some areas in Hamilton which are closer to Trenton are somewhat iffy. I would like to get opinions about cypress lane between hamilton avenue and 295. I found a home listed in that area.

Anyone with information/opinions about this area?

That area's fine. Middle class, fairly stable. Not overly "classy" but you're not gonna get stabbed.
