Found bones in Warren County--help ID animal? (Hackettstown: high school, college)

My sister found them while hiking Merrill Creek in Warren County NJ. Some said they are deer bones, but I am skeptical on that.

Another idea is to contact a local college & ask for someone in paleontology or biology departments that have knowledge of animal bones.

Could be Big Foot! They look like deer bones to me. I saw your sister's post of the pics on the local Hackettstown forum as well (small world). I'm gonna ask my husband to take a look and see what he says.

My husband says it's a deer. He's a redneck who is an avid hunter, woods walker and does game butchering.
