Apparently, 1 bedroom apartments are at a premium. Does anyone have any insight into where there are availabilities? I'm willing to get a 2 bedroom if it's within budget.
Unfortunately, there aren't many listings for my towns of interest on Craigslist.
If all else fails you may need to contact a realtor that covers the areas where you are looking. They could charge you a fee, but sometimes the landlord will cover the realtor fee (that's what happened in my case a while back).
