I would suggest The White Castle Restaurant on Somerset Street in New Brunswick. The menu has a lot to offer. May I suggest starting easy by ordering 2 burgers (no cheese or onions, ketchup optional) and a small diet soda. This will begin to season your upset stomach making it more tolerant to your future dietary excursions. Work your way up slowly on each succesive visit by adding cheese then onions on your burgers. Ultimately you want to work your way up to being a true White Castle afficionado being able to order 3 double cheeseburgers (with onions), 1 jalapeno cheeseburger, 1 fish with cheese, 1 small fry, 1 onion ring, 1 cheese stick, a large vanilla or chocolate shake and being able to finish them off in one seating. I would also suggest visiting at different times of day. The lunch crowd differs from the dinner crowd which differs from the 2 A.M. crowd. Not only will you learn to be able to appreciate the dinning experience, it is also a study in American humanity. Kind of a two for one if you will. (My only suggestion is to have an escort at all times when "Experiencing The Crave")

By the way once your stomach is able to handle these gastric delicacies
you will be able handle any other cuisine America has to offer. By the way before you all get in an uproar. I'm only kidding.

Try the Hot Wok Cafe on Clarksville Road (near North Post Road and the Township building/new fire house) in the little shopping center there. Also at that sam shopping center is Capuano's, an Italian restaurant that has really good food!

Just curious, what did you eat when you lived in China. I'm sure you can find similar food here in the U.S.
