Cranford or Union County residents: is there a day when the town or county offers curbside removal of large items... (Westfield: houses)

such as furniture? When we were looking at houses one day last year, I remember driving around Cranford and seeing furniture out for collection? Does anyone know about this?

I couldn't find the bulk waste schedule in Cranford, but here is the one for Westfield.

It hasn't been announced yet, but Cranford has one in October and it depends on which part of town you are in. Here's the info from last year:

Look for more on this in September, but it's $75 and they'll pick up up to 750 pounds of stuff.

You could also wait until it floods again and when everyone has their stuff on the street, just join them, if you can't wait till autumn
